Bei der virtuellen Karriere-Werkstatt für angehende Wissenschafterinnen handelt es sich um ein offenes Impuls- und Diskussionsformat. Es werden spezifische Erfolgsfaktoren und Stolpersteinen in Unikarrieren vorgestellt, gemeinsam diskutiert und reflektiert. Teilnehmerinnen können die Gelegenheit nutzen, um die eigene Karriere zu stärken und sich mit anderen Frauen in dem Bereich vernetzen.

Das offene einstündige Format findet drei Mal in einem Vier-Wochen-Rhythmus online statt.
Die Termine können einzeln oder als gesamte Serie besucht werden.
Fokus: Work-Life-Learn-Balance im Kontext einer Universitätskarriere.
Wir befassen uns mit der zentralen Herausforderung, eine gesunde Balance zwischen dem akademischen Leben und den persönlichen und familiären Bedürfnissen zu finden. Gerade beim Studieren mit Kind(ern) oder zu pflegenden Angehörigen stellt sich die Frage, wie wir unsere Energie- und Zeitressourcen gut nutzen können. Oft kann auch das Gefühl auftreten, dass alle Lebensbereiche zu kurz kommen. Im Fokus steht daher, wie wir durch das Setzen von Prioritäten und die Kunst des Nein-Sagens-Können Mental Load reduzieren können, damit auch mehr Raum für persönliche Erholung und Wachstum bleibt.

This course is an introduction to statistical methods and statistical software in the field of Analysis of Variance and Regression analysis. On the basis of various practical examples, the participants learn to analyse and visualize data and how to interpret results. A main goal is to show participants the importance of quality control, assessing assumptions and ensuring adequate sample size. Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be familiar with the statistical methods covered in this two days and will be able to interpret statistical results.
