Die letzten 2.5 Jahre der Pandemie haben die Wissenschaft öffentlich so sichtbar wie noch nie zuvor gemacht. Welche Rolle wird WissenschafterInnen in so einer Krise zuteil? War das immer vorteilhaft? Wie soll mit Gesellschaft und Politik kommuniziert werden - und warum überhaupt? Diese und ähnliche Fragen werde ich versuchen zu adressieren und mit einigen Anekdoten anreichern. Schlussendlich habe ich vor, auf die Notwendigkeit von guter Wissenschaftskommunikation einzugehen und mögliche Verbesserungsansätze für die Zukunft zu diskutieren
