Fields
id (integer)
Primary key.
Expansions
To activate relation expansion add the desired fields as a comma separated
list to the expand query parameter like this:
?expand=<field>,<field>,<field>,...
The following relational fields can be expanded:
organizationcategorytypepartner_functionmanagercontactstatusgrantresearcheventstudylanguageprogramfunders
Filters
To filter for exact value matches:
?<fieldname>=<value>
Possible exact filters:
organizationcategorymanagercontactstatusgrantresearchstudylanguagefundersprogram
For advanced filtering use lookups:
?<fieldname>__<lookup>=<value>
All fields with advanced lookups can also be used for exact value matches as described above.
Possible advanced lookups:

Cell turnover in the trophoblast layer includes proliferation, differentiation and subsequent fusion of cytotrophoblasts with the syncytiotrophoblast. Thus, both layers represent stages of different degree of differentiation, ranging from very early differentiated (cytotrophoblast) to terminally differentiated stages (syncytiotrophoblast). Data on comparative whole transcriptome analyses between in vitro cultured mononucleated and multinucleated primary trophoblasts exist, but have their clear limitations. Withdrawal from the in vivo microenvironment as well as in vitro culture of primary cells alters gene expression profiles, which no longer resemble the in vivo situation. To overcome these limitations we intent to microdissect these two cell fractions directly from fixed, paraffin embedded placental tissue. Total RNAs from microdissected cytotrophoblasts and syncytiotrophoblast will be subjected to microarray analysis with the aim to detect differentially expressed genes. The expectations in this project are to gain insight into the spatial expression of genes relevant for trophoblast differentiation. Furthermore, this project should deliver the basis for follow-up studies comparing placentas from healthy and pathologic pregnancies." }, "begin_planned": "2010-02-01T01:00:00+01:00", "begin_effective": "2010-02-01T01:00:00+01:00", "end_planned": "2011-07-31T02:00:00+02:00", "end_effective": "2011-07-31T02:00:00+02:00", "assignment": "2010-02-09T11:47:12+01:00", "program": null, "subprogram": null, "organization": 14017, "category": 10, "type": 10, "partner_function": 4, "manager": 53232, "contact": null, "status": 2, "research": 1, "grant": 10, "event": null, "study": null, "language": null, "funders": [ 894 ], "funder_projectcode": null, "ethics_committee": null, "edudract_number": null, "persons": [ "2091-53232-10" ] } ] }
