Insbesondere der Umgang mit generativer KI in Prüfungen wirft gleichzeitig erhebliche Herausforderungen auf. The European Data Strategy is taking shape with the imminent entry into force of new legal acts, such as the Data Act, Data Governance Act and European Health Data Space.
