Solche Erfahrungen stellen Formen von Sexismus sowie sexualisierter Diskriminierung und Gewalt dar und können die persönliche Sicherheit, das berufliche Wohlbefinden und Karriereentwicklungen massiv beeinträchtigen.
Der Workshop klärt Begrifflichkeiten und Erscheinungsformen von sexualisierter Belästigung und geschlechtsbezogener Diskriminierung an Hochschulen. Die Teilnehmenden lernen, Grenzverletzungen frühzeitig zu erkennen, angemessen zu kommunizieren und konstruktiv damit umzugehen.
Im Mittelpunkt stehen praxisnahe Strategien zur Stärkung der individuellen Handlungssicherheit und zur Förderung eines respektvollen, gleichstellungsorientierten Arbeits- und Studienumfelds. Ziel ist es, die Teilnehmenden zu empowern und ihre Handlungskompetenz nachhaltig zu erweitern.

EINE VERANSTALTUNG DER REIHE „MEDIZIN & GESELLSCHAFT“ DER MED UNI GRAZ
Künstliche Intelligenz verändert die Medizin bereits heute: Diagnostik, Bildanalyse, synthetische Biologie und klinische Entscheidungsprozesse entwickeln sich mit enormer Geschwindigkeit. Doch je leistungsfähiger Technologie wird, desto wichtiger wird eine andere Frage: Welche Rolle spielt der Mensch in einer Medizin, in der Maschinen immer mehr wissen?
Ärzt*innen müssen täglich Entscheidungen unter Unsicherheit treffen – oft ohne perfekte Optionen. Gerade deshalb wird Ambivalenz-Fähigkeit zu einer entscheidenden Zukunftskompetenz: Die Fähigkeit, Widersprüche auszuhalten und trotzdem verantwortlich zu handeln. Die entscheidende Zukunftsfrage lautet daher nicht: Was kann KI in der Medizin? Sondern: Welche menschlichen Fähigkeiten werden dadurch wichtiger als je zuvor? Die Zukunft der Medizin wird nicht programmiert – sie wird von Menschen entschieden.

The output often relies first on a well thought experimental design. Secondly on a sample preparation method depending on the research question. And third: The right handling of mass spectrometry data is crucial for a reliable output. In this course you will learn the most important facts on experimental strategies and how to set up an proteomics experiment. Additionally there will be an introduction in mass spectrometry, for a better understanding what Proteomics is doing. Further there will be a hands on training on a small proteomic dataset to get even more insight into proteomic analysis.
For the hands on training the software Perseus is used. You can download it for free in advance.

Interdisziplinäre Weiterbildung für Ärzte, Medizinstudenten, Physiotherapeuten, Ernährungs- und Sportwissenschafter
In diesem Lehrgang werden Sie lernen, wie die Richtlinien der Medizinischen Trainingslehre im Leistungssport angewandt und umgesetzt werden, um eine gesunde Leistungsentwicklung zu ermöglichen und Risiken von Überlastungen und Folgeschäden sowie Drop-out zu minimieren. Weitere Schwerpunkte liegen im Controlling (Möglichkeiten der Trainingsdokumentation, Unterstützung durch Wearables, Prognose von Wachstumsschüben bei Kindern und Jugendlichen), Wissensübermittlung zu gezielten Maßnahmen für eine rasche Regeneration (Ernährungstipps, physikalische Maßnahmen) sowie Grundkenntnisse zur Dopingprävention. Die Ausbildung schließt mit einer schriftlichen Wissensüberprüfung ab. Bei Absolvierung aller Unterrichtseinheiten und bestandenem Testat erhalten Sie das Zertifikat „Medizinische Trainingslehre im Leistungssport“ der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Sportmedizin und Prävention (ÖGSMP).
