Bei der virtuellen Karriere-Werkstatt für angehende Wissenschafterinnen handelt es sich um ein offenes Impuls- und Diskussionsformat. Es werden spezifische Erfolgsfaktoren und Stolpersteinen in Unikarrieren vorgestellt, gemeinsam diskutiert und reflektiert. Teilnehmerinnen können die Gelegenheit nutzen, um die eigene Karriere zu stärken und sich mit anderen Frauen in dem Bereich vernetzen.
- Das offene einstündige Format findet drei Mal in einem Vier-Wochen-Rhythmus online statt.
- Die Termine können einzeln oder als gesamte Serie besucht werden.
- Fokus: Work-Life-Learn-Balance im Kontext einer Universitätskarriere.
- Wir befassen uns mit der zentralen Herausforderung, eine gesunde Balance zwischen dem akademischen Leben und den persönlichen und familiären Bedürfnissen zu finden. Gerade beim Studieren mit Kind(ern) oder zu pflegenden Angehörigen stellt sich die Frage, wie wir unsere Energie- und Zeitressourcen gut nutzen können. Oft kann auch das Gefühl auftreten, dass alle Lebensbereiche zu kurz kommen. Im Fokus steht daher, wie wir durch das Setzen von Prioritäten und die Kunst des Nein-Sagens-Können Mental Load reduzieren können, damit auch mehr Raum für persönliche Erholung und Wachstum bleibt.

Mentimeter bietet die Gestaltung von interaktiven Präsentationen für das die Med Uni Graz eine Campus Lizenz besitzt. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen und Studierende können Mentimeter frei und in vollem Umfang verwenden. In diesem Webinar lernen Sie, wie Sie Ihre Lehre interaktiv gestalten können unter Verwendung der Funktionalität von Mentimeter:
- Inspiration zur Nutzung von Mentimeter in der medizinischen Lehre anhand konkreter Fallbeispiele
- Praktische Tipps zur Gestaltung, Moderation und Analyse von Mentimeter Präsentationen
- Spannende Produktneuerungen inklusive KI Funktionen: Vom Erstellen von Präsentationen auf Knopfdruck (Menti AI Builder), identifizierte Teilnehmer*innen bis zu neuen Funktionen zur Zusammenarbeit an Präsentationen
- Alle Funktionalitäten werden an Hand von praktischen Use Cases demonstriert, so etwa case based teaching. Und natürlich wird es ausreichend Zeit geben Ihre Fragen zu beantworten!
