Das 3D-Druck-Material „Saremco Print Crowntec®“ ist dabei ein biokompatibles Resin, das für permanente Kronen, Inlays, Onlays und Veneers zugelassen ist. Dieses Material könnte insbesondere für die Herstellung von günstigen Langzeitprovisorien sowie für definitive Einzelzahnversorgungen Verwendung finden.\r\n\r\nZielsetzung: Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit sollten 3D-gedruckte Kronen aus Saremco Print Crowntec® hergestellt werden und in Bezug auf Ästhetik, Kaustabilität und Workflowtauglichkeit mit einem fräsbaren Material der gleichen Klasse, sowie einer Lithiumdisilikatkeramik vergleichen werden.\r\n\r\nMaterial und Methode: 24 Standardisierte Modelle mit präparierten Stümpfen für Kronenversorgungen wurden mit 8 Ivoclar TetricCAD, 8 Ivoclar IPS e.max CAD®, sowie 8 3D-gedruckten Kronen aus Saremco print Crowntec® versorgt. Die Kronen wurden dabei mit der Software inLab® von Dentsply Sirona designed und laut Herstellerangaben gefertigt. Im Fall der gefrästen Tetric CAD® und IPS e.max CAD® Kronen wurde die Schleifeinheit inLab MC XL® von Dentsply Sirona verwendet und im Fall der gedruckten Kronen der 3D-Drucker Phrozen 4k®. \r\nDie Ästhetik der fertigen Kronen wurde anhand eines Fragebogens von ZahnmedizinerInnen und Personen in Zahnmedizin-nahen Berufen beurteilt. Die Kaustabilität wurde im Kaufunktionssimulator der Firma SD Mechatronik untersucht. Die Workflowtauglichkeit wurde im Zuge des Fertigungsprozesses durch umfangreiche Dokumentation im unmittelbaren Vergleich der Verfahren bewertet. \r\n\r\nErgebnisse: In der Kausimulation zeigte Saremco print Crowntec® die niedrigsten Abrasionswerte (p = 0,008). Mit einem Mittelwert von -0,079mm (+- SD-Wert) im Vergleich zu e.max CAD® (-0.108mm) und Tetric CAD® (-0,146mm) (p=0,008). Im Zuge des Ästhetiksurveys zeichnete sich Tetric CAD® als das am transluzentesten bewertete Material ab. In puncto Farbgetreue wurde e.max CAD® am Besten bewertet. Bei ähnlich eingeschätzter Oberflächenbeschaffenheit war ebenfalls der Gesamteindruck von Saremco print Crowntec® mit dem der beiden anderen Materialien vergleichbar.\r\n\r\nConclusio: Saremco print Crowntec® zeigte sich als abrasionsbeständiges Material mit guter Ästhetik. Je nach technischer Ausrichtung der zahnärztlichen Ordination oder Zahntechnik sowie Fertigungsvolumen ist eine gute Workflowtauglichkeit ebenfalls gegeben. Durch die gute Abrasionbeständigkeit eignet sich Saremco print Crowntec® für die permanente Versorgung und den Langzeitverbleib in der Mundhöhle. Aus ästhetischen Gesichtspunkten ist das Material als weniger transluzent und etwas weniger farbgetreu eingeschätzt worden als die beiden Vergleichsmaterialien. Um die Aussagekraft dieser Untersuchung zu stärken sind zukünftig weitere Studien mit größeren Gruppen hinsichtlich der Probenanzahl und mehr Probanden für eine Ästhetik-Umfrage notwendig. Die Popularität von PRF beruht unter anderem auf der Einfachheit der Herstellung, indem das peripher entnommene Blut einmalig zentrifugiert wird und so je nach Zentrifugationsprotokoll flüssiges oder festes, respektives solides PRF hergestellt werden kann. Das resultierende PRF besteht hauptsächlich aus einer Fibrinmatrix, in welcher Wachstumsfaktoren, Blutplättchen sowie andere Zellen eingebettet sind. Keine Evidenz gibt es bezüglich des Einflusses der Hydration auf die quantitative Menge bei der Herstellung von PRF. Ziel dieser Pilotstudie war es, den Einfluss des Trinkverhaltens auf die Quantität des durch Zentrifugation von Eigenblut gewonnenen PRF zu untersuchen.\r\n\r\nMaterial und Methoden: \r\nIm Zuge der Pilotstudie wurde 26 Studienteilnehmer*innen zweimal Blut abgenommen, einmal unter der Reduktion der habituellen Trinkmenge sowie einmal unter Einhaltung eines vordefinierten Trinkprotokolls zur Euhydration. Nach der Zentrifugation wurde das flüssige PRF mit einer Einmalspritze abgezogen und quantitativ erfasst. Die Hauptzielgröße war die Menge des zentrifugierten Blutplasmas in einer Probe von 10 ml Eigenblut bei der autologen Herstellung von PRF. Anhand der ausführlichen Protokollierung und statistischen Erhebung der Studiendaten konnte eine potenzielle Beziehung, respektive Wechselwirkung, der Einflussgröße Trinkmenge auf die Zielgröße bestimmt werden.\r\n\r\nResultate: \r\nDie Auswertung der Pilotstudie ergab, dass durch die Anwendung eines standardisierten Trinkprotokolls, eine signifikante Steigerung der quantitativen PRF-Menge resultierte. Im Mittel konnte eine Steigerung von 14,08% erzielt werden.\r\n\r\nKonklusion: \r\nDie Ergebnisse dieser Pilotstudie zeigen, dass durch die Anwendung eines standardisierten Trinkprotokolls signifikant mehr PRF gewonnen werden kann. Die primären Vorteile von PRF liegen in seinem autologen Ursprung sowie seiner Fähigkeit die Wundheilung und Geweberegeneration zu verbessern.
