Der Affinity-Oxygenator hatte den niedrigsten Druckgradienten (75 mmHg). Weder bei den klinischen Parametern, noch bei den perioperativen Laborwerten fanden sich relevante Unterschiede, mit Ausnahme der Leukozytenzahl, die beim Maxima (7614/µl) am geringsten war.\r\nSchlussfolgerungen: Obwohl die Performance der Oxygenatoren unterschiedlich war, kam es auch im Vergleich zum technisch aelteren Maxima-Oxygenator zu keinen Verbesserungen fuer den Patienten im postoperativen Verlauf.
