Für die Behandlung der Psoriasis stehen topische Therapien, Phototherapie, konventionelle Systemtherapien und Systemtherapie mit Biologika zur Verfügung. Eine hohe Therapieadhärenz und eine gute Verträglichkeit der Therapie sind entscheidende Ziele bei der Behandlung einer Psoriasis. Eine Aufarbeitung der COVID-19 Pandemie und Evaluierung der getroffenen Entscheidungen ist daher angebracht. In dieser Arbeit werden jene Maßnahmen und Empfehlungen evaluiert, die Personen betrafen, die bereits einmal mit SARS-CoV-2 infiziert waren (=Genesene) und somit eine natürliche Immunität aufgebaut haben.
