Es wurde im Rahmen dieser Diplomarbeit versucht, die Rolle des Hausarztes und der Hausärztin anhand der familiär vererbten Erbkrankheiten Autismus/Schizophrenie, Kolorektales Karzinom und zystische Fibrose, näher zu bringen.Dazu werden zuerst diese Krankheitsbilder näher beleuchtet und definiert.Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf den genetischen Faktoren und den Behandlungsmethoden.
