Whether occurring independently or in combination, these conditions significantly contribute to the development and progression of acute heart failure and liver cirrhosis or failure. HDL has traditionally been evaluated through static measurements of HDL cholesterol (HDL-C). Aufgrund der unscharfen Trennung der Begriffe „Intoleranz“ und „Malabsorption“ ergaben viele frühere Studien inhomogene Ergebnisse zur Effektivität verschiedener Therapien, besonders auch der in dieser Arbeit untersuchten Diättherapie. Ziel dieser Diplomarbeit ist es, die Auswirkungen der Diät auf die gastrointestinalen Symptome zu untersuchen. Hierfür wurde zur Diagnostik einer Kohlenhydratintoleranz die validierte Symptommessung mittels adult Carbohydrate Perception Questionnaire (aCPQ) herangezogen.
