Vor der Gabe von Antibiotika ist eine mikrobiologische Analyse des Urins durchzuführen, wobei die Methode der Urinentnahme individuell ausgewählt werden sollte. Präkonzeptionelle Betreuung wirkt dieser Problematik entgegen. Sie zielt darauf ab, die Fertilität zu erhöhen, Schwangerschaftskomplikationen zu verringern sowie das maternale und fetale Outcome zu verbessern. Darüber hinaus bietet sie das Potenzial, die Gesundheit künftiger Generationen zu fördern. Ziel dieser Diplomarbeit ist die Darstellung der Bestandteile und Evidenz präkonzeptioneller Betreuung bei gesunden und vorerkrankten Frauen laut aktuellem Forschungsstand auf Basis einer umfassenden Literaturrecherche. Präkonzeptionelle Betreuung umfasst Familienplanung, Kommunikation und Umsetzung allgemein gültiger Empfehlungen, u.a. Supplementierung von Folsäure und Impfungen, die Adressierung von Lebensstilfaktoren wie Ernährung, Bewe-gung, Gewicht und Substanzmissbrauch sowie eine individuelle Risikoevaluation, u.a. von Vorerkrankungen und genetischer Prädisposition, inklusive deren Management. Zwei Krankheitsbilder haben in der präkonzeptionellen Betreuung aufgrund ihrer hohen Prävalenz und schwerwiegenden Auswirkungen in der Schwangerschaft einen besonders hohen Stellenwert, Diabetes mellitus und Schilddrüsenfunktionsstörungen. Trotz klarer Evidenz für den Nutzen präkonzeptioneller Betreuung, ist die Kenntnis und praktische Umsetzung der Maßnahmen derzeit gering. Eine effektive Integration in das Gesundheitswesen ist essenziell. Dafür sind Schulungen des Gesundheitspersonals, die Klärung der Zuständigkeitsbereiche und Entwicklung nationaler Leitlinien sowie Maßnahmen zur Aufklärung der Allgemeinbevölkerung nötig. Dabei wird die fortschreitende Raffinesse der Dopingmittel und -techniken betrachtet. Im ersten Kapitel wird die Geschichte und Entwicklung des Dopings beleuchtet und somit aufgezeigt, dass Doping im Sport keineswegs ein modernes Phänomen ist, sondern bereits in den frühen Jahren des organisierten Wettkampfsports praktiziert wurde. Das zweite und dritte Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit den unterschiedlichen Substanzen und Methoden in Hinsicht auf ihre Indikationen, Wirkungen und Nebenwirkungen. Eine besondere Art der verbotenen Leistungssteigerung stellt das Gen- und Zelldoping dar, welches die Grenzen zwischen natürlichen und künstlichen Leistungen verschwimmen lässt. Die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema Doping zeigt, wie kreativ und komplex Dopingstrategien heute sind, was die Kontrolle und Nachweisbarkeit zunehmend erschwert. Das vierte Kapitel widmet sich schließlich der Analytik der Dopingmittel. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie die einzelnen Substanzen durch moderne Dopingkontrollen identifiziert werden können und welche Weiterentwicklung in diesem Bereich stattgefunden hat. Trotz dieser Fortschritte bleibt die Dopinganalyse eine große Herausforderung, da sich Substanzen ständig weiterentwickeln und neue Maskierungstechniken hinzukommen. \nTrotz der Vielzahl an Studien, Artikeln und Fachliteratur zu diesem Thema bleibt die Dopingproblematik ein dynamisches und sich ständig veränderndes Feld. Neue Substanzen und Techniken tauchen regelmäßig auf, was bedeutet, dass auch die Dopingbekämpfung ständig angepasst werden muss. Die fortschreitende Wissenschaft im Bereich Dopingmittel und die immer kreativeren Methoden zur Umgehung von Dopingtests erfordern eine kontinuierliche Anpassung der Antidopingstrategien und -technologien. Zur Beantwortung der Fragestellung basiert diese Arbeit auf einer umfassenden Literaturrecherche, die sowohl historische als auch aktuelle wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse einbezieht. Ergänzend werden offizielle Berichte und Listen der Nationalen Anti-Doping-Agentur (NADA) herangezogen. Die gewonnenen Ergebnisse sollen nicht nur verdeutlichen, wie weit verbreitet das Dopingproblem auch heute noch ist, sondern auch als Basis für künftige Präventions- und Bekämpfungsstrategien dienen.
