Um die Eltern dabei zu unterstützen, ist ein Messverfahren erforderlich, das die Schmerzen und dessen Begleitaspekte präzise misst. In diesem Projekt werden Situationen identifiziert, die mit hohen Schmerzen bei Kindern nach tageschirurgischen Eingriffen verbunden sind. Dafür wird die wissenschaftliche Literatur aufgearbeitet, postoperative Kinder interviewt und Expertendiskussionen geführt.
